Disclaimer

This page states the limits of the tool, who owns the content it touches, and what the site does and does not promise. If any other page on this site seems to say something different, this page and the terms of use are the pages that govern.

Not affiliated with SlideShare or LinkedIn

This site is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SlideShare or LinkedIn, and it does not speak for either of them. SlideShare and LinkedIn names and logos belong to their respective owners.

Public presentations only

Only presentations that are already public on SlideShare can be downloaded. Private, restricted, removed, login-only, or otherwise unavailable presentations are not bypassed, and no method on this site circumvents SlideShare's access controls. If a deck cannot be read as a public page, the tool shows a clear error instead of a file. A failed download is not, by itself, proof that a deck is private — it may also be a wrong link type, a removed deck, or a temporary fetching problem. The troubleshooting guide explains how to tell these apart.

No hosting of files

This site does not host presentation files, does not keep a library of decks, and does not publish decks of its own. When you use the tool, a public page is fetched on request and a file is generated for you in your browser. The site keeps no download history and no collection of decks for others to browse.

Copyright belongs to the deck creators

Downloading a presentation does not transfer copyright, and it does not grant any licence to redistribute, sell, rebrand, or claim the work as your own. The original author still owns their work. Keep downloaded files for personal study, research, teaching, or professional reference, credit the original author when quoting or reusing content, and respect any licence the author has stated. If you want to republish, sell, or otherwise reuse a deck beyond personal use, ask the author first — this tool cannot give you that permission.

Accuracy and quality limits

Exports are rebuilt from the slide images SlideShare serves for a public deck. They are not the original editable files, and they are not guaranteed to match the original deck exactly:

  • PPTX slides are pictures.

A PPTX from this tool contains picture slides, not editable text, shapes, or animations. It can be opened, reordered, cropped, and annotated, but its text cannot be retyped as text.

  • Image quality is the source's quality.

The largest size SlideShare serves for that deck is used, up to 2048 pixels wide. Images are never upscaled, so a smaller source stays smaller, and quality varies from deck to deck.

  • Files have real caps.

A PDF embeds up to 20 slide images, a PPTX holds up to 30 slides, and an HD Images ZIP holds up to 50 slides. A deck larger than a cap will be limited to that cap, and a slide whose image cannot be fetched may be skipped or replaced with a text note.

  • Formats depend on the deck.

The tool outputs PDF, Large JPEG PDF, PPTX, and an HD Images ZIP. It does not output the original upload formats, does not download videos, and does not download several presentations at once.

No warranty

The tool is provided as-is, with no warranty that any particular deck will be downloadable, that a download will be complete, or that an export will be suitable for a particular purpose. SlideShare may change its pages, block fetching, or remove decks at any time, which can make a download fail through no fault of this site. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and nothing here changes the rights of a deck's author.

External links

This site links to slideshare.net, because that is where presentation links come from, and it may link to other guides on this site. A link to SlideShare does not mean SlideShare endorses this site, and this site is not responsible for the content or practices of external sites. If you follow a link to SlideShare, that site's own terms and privacy practices apply there.

Errors

If a download fails, starts but produces an incomplete file, or gives a format you did not expect, check the troubleshooting guide first — most failures are a search or profile link, a private deck, or a temporary fetching problem. If the guide does not resolve it, the contact page explains what to include in a message.

Copyright reports and takedown requests

Because this site does not host presentation files, there is no hosted file to remove from this site. If you believe a deck's author rights are being affected, or if you are an author who wants a concern addressed, contact the site operator by email via the contact page and identify the work concerned, the SlideShare link, and what you are asking for. A report that does not identify the work or the link cannot be acted on. Reports are handled as messages to the operator, not as an automated removal system, and no response time is promised.
